Hello, I was wondering why my uptime seems to not be updating on Kolide Fleet. Since I'm new to both Kolide and osquery.

is there a way to batch upload queries from packs I have in source control to fleet?

Is there a version of the open source Kolide that matches the Cloud one? (for instance Collections and Practices)? Was wanting to play around with it in a home-based lab. Long story short it’s hard to use the free trial one just because my home Internet is satellite based with 600ms latency 🙂

hi again folks, quick question - i am looking to bulk load queries into our fleet server but that functionality doesn't look like it's going to make it into 1.*, when do you think 2.0 will be GA? We are in the middle of rolling fleet out organization wide and have been doing it with 1, but also realized it was a bit of a pain to load queries in one by one

dear i have a question, if i have for example 100 machine and i want to execute a specific query on a specific host and i know only the ip address, can i search the in the fleet connected on the server by ip address?

I'm getting a TLS error on my endpoint where it thinks the certificate is signed by an unknown. I created the installer using the kolide-enroll.pkg method and a full certificate chain.

fleetctl comes with fleet 2.0, which is a release candidate. The website points to the stabler release, which is 1.0.9

Where are the results from query execution stored in the database? Don't seem to find a table for that.

@pvirani if I understand correctly you only want to monitor changes to sudoers and passwd but your query is looking at the recursive contents of your

etc

folder or your

root

folder and all contents of your

~/.ssh

folder.

@pvirani it is entirely possible that there are changes in filesystem for files like

/etc/passwd

and

/etc/sudoers

. It depends on the system and the settings, but atime can change frequently in response to activity of other programs (such as sudo).
