Hi everyone, we are trying to setup Apple MDM but we are running into some trouble receiving the email with the CSR from support@fleetdm.com. Does that email go through Fleet's SMTP servers? Is there a person that needs to approve these ?

Hi @Keith Swagler, We use SendGrid's API to send emails from the Fleet website. I'm looking at our email logs now, and the IP address (shared w/ other SendGrid customers) that the email was sent from was blocked by your mail server.

Thanks @zwass and @Eric Shaw ! I'll get that sorted.
So to follow up here, we were able to request the cert in between the IP being marked as a spammer, so we won't need to do so again for a while. But thought you'd like to know in case someone else runs into the same issue.
