Right but I intend to use this software at my company for monitoring and we have to go through this 3rd party library process and they asked for a point of contact and that a distribution list is unacceptable.

Perhaps you should look into https://fleetdm.com/pricing then. I have found the folks at Fleet to provide pretty good osquery support, and you need to pay them for their expertise and time of course.
