HI, Can we push the latest patch to the agents/hosts by using fleet Community Edition? and do we have a options to run the scripts in community Edition?

Hi @Pooja! You cannot push MacOS updates, but you can use Nudge to help encourage users to update. You can run commands with Fleet Community edition, but can only remote wipe or remote lock devices with Fleet Premium.

what about windows and linux?

MDM functionality is only supported for MacOS at this point. We’re working on Windows now and Linux to follow.

You cannot. While Fleet has started layering in some MDM capabilities, osquery is intentionally read-only.

Hey Pooja, one more thing! You can use agent autoupdates for free, to keep the agent itself up to date. If you need to use your own custom registry to self-host that code, then that is a Fleet Premium feature. But if you're cool using the secure infra we provide via Hetzner to host the agent releases, then you're good to go with Free for that portion. PS sharing to the channel as an FYI for anyone who doesn't know about that
