07/14/2023, 2:27 PMSometing odd happened in my dev environment - all of my clients are offline, and I know some of them are on. What services should I check? I bounced the entire environment to see if that would help and no dice.

Do you have access to any of the offline hosts? It’d be interesting to see the status logs as well as whether you’re able to reach Fleet by sending a

07/14/2023, 3:29 PMYeah, we are having problems in prod with RHEL9 not getting enrollment keys, and DEV was having cert issues.

07/14/2023, 3:30 PMI was able to get RHEL 9 to enroll in dev, so I wonder if it is a resource issue in prod. We do have many orders of magnitude more devices in prod vs dev.
