Hello Fleet Community! In a quick pre-announcement to our upcoming release of 4.35, I want to make you aware of a UI change before you upgrade. In very exciting news, with Fleet v4.35, we are combining the concept of queries and schedules, since they're all... queries.
Before 4.35, a scheduled query was a separate item treated at the same level as a query. After 4.35, there will only be one page of queries and a query can be scheduled or it can simply be saved to be run ad-hoc.
When you upgrade to 4.35, any scheduled query will be converted into a global query with the relevant schedule characteristics (frequency, min. osquery version, logging, etc.) and appear in the 'queries' tab.
Packs will not be affected by this change. If a query is referenced by a pack, a global query will be generated and the pack will continue to point to that query. All changes are backwards compatible.
