Hey hey, Do fleet versions have to be upgraded consecuitvely, or can I jump versions? put another way, can I upgrade from 4.32 straight to 4.35, or would I need to update to each intermediary version in between so as not to break DB chnages?

You can jump away. We generally avoid breaking changes in minor releases, and make a lot of noise when we can't. Definitely a good rule of thumb to read through the release notes and posts to get an idea of what to expect.
