Hi folks! Nit on the 5.10.1 release notes: the new flag is

--enable_watchdog_debug

(not

--enable_watchdog_logging

). I updated the issue and PR (it was originally _logging but we decided to rename it to _debug during PR review.)

I think we can change that in the 5.10.2 changelog
