@seph when you create the office hours notes do they exist primarily/originally in HackMd? Or in a private GitHub with sync to HackMd? Or how does that work. It seems like you have a template and mabye something set up there. It would be great if they originate in the foundation repo so you didn't even have to take the extra manual step of uploading them

I have a hackmd template, and I create them and write in hackmd. the intent of hackmd was to allow everyone to edit as the meeting goes on.

Maybe to make it less cumbersome they can be drafted right into the foundation repo with the HackMD sync feature I linked

I’ve looked at the sync before. And it always wants more permissions than I’m prepared to grant. I should revisit.
