My employer recently started requiring the use of Fleet MDM and I have 2 questions: • I don't have a /work/ device: i use my personal devices for work and I have privacy concerns about this. Am I being unreasonable? • I'm using nixos which is incompatible with most precompiled binaries (which I assume the paid version of fleet is). Is there a nixos compatible version?

Yeah, i think asking for a work laptop is an option as well

@defensivedepth agreed that employers should offer (infact it's usually a legal requirement); and what if I don't have a personal device; etc. But also sometimes people don't want to carry around 2 devices and are happy to use their own machines as work devices if the permissions required aren't too broad.
