Well, sorta… On one hand, no that’s not really what you want. But, now that you say it, it is exactly what I expect from macOS. We didn’t ship any kind of cleanup script with 5.0. And macOS doesn’t really do an “upgrade” per se, the packaging just dumps stuff on disk. So there’s nothing that would have removed the old one. (Also true for the launchd entry)
