@bhuvaneswari Welcome, I would not say that osquery is a server side application. It doesn't listen for connections (if not for one particular case, which is with extensions). For instance it can connect to a server via its TLS logger plugin to send its logs and query results.(https://osquery.readthedocs.io/en/stable/deployment/remote/).
