"Maybe". Osquery itself should be fine. You'd want to make sure whatever is handling the log aggregation is fine. (Commonly the TLS server.) If you're using a TLS server, the biggest gotcha, is that you'd need to ensure the clones start up and enroll, not having the gold image enrolled.
