Hi osquery team. I, Sunil and Shirish work for VMware-CarbonBlack. We are looking at leveraging osquery to get a list of RPM packages and DEB Packages. We found that both the tables are already present (rpm_packages, deb_packages), but some columns are missing. The missing ones that we are looking for are RPM ( Vendor, Group ), DEB ( Vendor/Monitored By, Section, Priority). We are thinking of contributing to the osquery core for this data addition to the existing tables. Please let us know more about the process to be followed (need more details about CLA - content/template, who should be the agreement owner), any other protocols and the point of contact for these things.
