Request error : bad signature

trying to (tls_) enroll on kolide? Osquery is version 3.2.6 and using tls client authentication on a win 10 machine. It is working for other machines but not with this in particular. It seems that even Google doesn't know much about it. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
