I would love it if someone has time today to write changelog notes for 4.1.2 (high-level changes that landed in master since 4.1.1, it doesn't have to include all of the changes). This means editing

./CHANGELOG.md

and following the existing style/format. This would make it easier to tag the patch release by end of day.
