That’s clearly missing quotes. Same basic idea as linux — you’ve got to quote whitespace. That should display like: (hand typed with lots of elided paths)

BINARY_PATH_NAME: "C:\Program Files\...\osqueryd" --flagfile "C:\Program Files\..."

Note how those are quotes strings
