@darren i have usually seen this when the osqueryd instance, that is running as a service, is the creator of the db and then you try to run osqueryd/osqueryi from the command shell which in turn points to the same db. Is that the case? you might bring the discussion to #C0FHNQ2N6 channel and you might get more targeted suggestions
