sometimes the operating system won’t reclaim memory from processes until there is a level of memory pressure on the device which requires it. it doesn’t look like it’s increasing at a level to be indicative of a memory leak though. if that was the case, the watch dog should kill the process and the graph would increase more jaggedly.
