not as far as I know. to use osqueryi, you just type "osqueryi" and it plops you down into an interactive sqlite shell, where you can query the osquery tables. as far as I know, that is all osqueryi does. osqueryd will run continuously and log scheduled queries. If you use a fleet manager, osqueryd will connect to fleet allowing you to centrally run the show, so to speak.
