I think the profiling will only profile what's on the host you're playing with. Which, IME, usually is pretty different from a production environment. For myself, there's only ~3ish things I worry much about network enumeration, linux auditing, and file system checksums. (And there's a good change linux auditing would be fine, and I'm overly concerned)
