lvferdi: There’s definitely an issue that talks about this on Github from when we did the initial Windows port. 2k3 has a pretty different set of low-level APIs than the Windows versions that came after it. We didn’t go through the work to abstract away those API differences at the time, and I don’t think anyone has looked back.
