@barn we've never hosted an

InRelease

file, (just had to look up what it is now). It's not clear what situations will cause the

apt

client to give up and not attempt for a

Release

file. I can help investigate later because I'm curious, but afaik this is not an issue or a new change with the osquery hosting.
