Hey folks! Good morning... We are trying to install osquery on some Ubuntu servers running Kamailio (SIP server) some folks had questions on CPU utilization. Any help would be much appreciated.

Here are the OSquery CPU/mem limits we can set - <https://osquery.readthedocs.io/en/stable/installation/cli-flags/>

Key bits - "The level limits are as follows: Memory: default 200M, restrictive 100M CPU: default 25% (for 9 seconds), restrictive 18% (for 9 seconds)"

I just wanted to confirm that the CPU requirement here is for all CPU not per core, correct?
