@theopolis so my c++ interpretation skills pretty much stayed in college where I learn them, so where is that file pulling the broker ip from.....I am getting an interesting error....my osquery.conf has

"logger_kafka_brokers": "192.168.100.50:9092"

and

"logger_plugin": "kafka_producer"

yet I am getting this error at runtime
