Somethign that's come up when working with our Open Source team was just that folks who are new to coding for open source projects can tend to be quite timid in asking for help, especially in channels like a Slack with 1k folks idling 😉, and so I'd want to ensure we're fostering an environment that's approachable to new folks also. that's honestly my only hesitation with the easy/med/hard
