logs, are you referring to INFO/WARN/ERROR lines? To help reproduce your setup and debug why results are being duplicated to your logger (I think this is the issue you're describing) we'll need to check out your flagfile and your configuration. Taking a look at the raw log output would help too. But to answer your question directly, remove the osquery persistent storage, usually at

/var/osquery/osquery.db

that will wipe everything
