i've noticed commits that peg homebrew to certain hashes, at the same time i can't build previous versions, like 2.6.0. basically, does this mean that without keeping HOMEBREW_CORE and HOMEBREW_BREW with what's most current in master, builds won't succeed? (and therefore building successfully older releases with the most current values of those vars is not guaranteed?)
