@groob it would be helpful if you don't mind doing an RFC for what you're trying to achieve and where the build is getting in the way. We have had feedback on both sides, (a) it's easy to have 3 commands to set up the build infra, (b) it's weird and OMG it's breaking and difficult to find out where
