@zwass ya im not a fan of that PR and would likely build from a branch if it went though. Im interested to see what @coffee determines form his testing. When I removed that functionality in https://github.com/facebook/osquery/pull/2662 I did a test on about 20 systems for 2 weeks with random partition keys per batch and per event. Failed partial uploads shot though the roof with random partition keys per event in my tests.
