Not sure this qualifies as a bug, so thought I'd ask here. running 'make deps' I get a 403 (Forbidden) trying to download https://osquery-packages.s3.amazonaws.com/bottles/openssl-1.0.2i_2.el_capitan.bottle.tar.gz
