Is anyone experiencing issues with

rpm_packages

with version `2.0.0+`: there's a pretty scary issue here: https://github.com/facebook/osquery/issues/2623 reporting corruption of the RPM DB, but I cannot reproduce on the CentOS6 or CentOS7 machines I have.
