Thanks @seph so next step should be TSC + people helping with the signing pipeline to get a full automated release working. This should not require any code changes outside of

osquery/osquery-codesign

but I think we should wait to merge any breaking changes slated for 5.0 until this is finished. I will make sure the Linux pipeline is working for x86_64 and arm64.
