Ok, let's go forward with 4.5.1, what do you think about this plan? 1. We land a PR that catches and handles exceptions for all tables (@theopolis). 2. Someone volunteers to run the changelog generation script and submit a PR. 3. Someone volunteers to cut the 4.5.1 tag once 1 and 2 have been merged. 4. We try to have packages ready by Tuesday (@alessandrogario for ARM, volunteers for Linux/macOS, @thor for Windows)
