Nuget was used as a mechanism of distributing libraries for VS back in the day, whereas chocolatey was a mechanism for distributing built packages. There very well could be something I'm missing here, as I'm not an expert on these things, but what I'm seeing is kind of what I expected, we wont be able to treat these systems interchangeably,
