Do you have something specific not working? With vscode I have to use the CMake Tools and CMake Tools Helper extensions, selecting no kit and adding

-DOSQUERY_TOOLCHAIN_SYSROOT=<path>

and

-DADD_HEADERS_AS_SOURCES=ON

to the configuration args in

File->Settings
