the max path issue is real also through Powershell unfortunately. Mainly it's msbuild being awful because it doesn't support long paths and also proceed creating a deep folder hierarchy. Then we have long CMake target names that have the main purpose of avoiding name collision, but also to easily find where the respective folder is. Do you have a specific error on a specific target?
