If there's a chance to have Facebook do it directly, then it's probably faster. Updating the sqlite library means touching 2 different repositories that are not directly accessible to the community (third-party and osquery). There should be no need to re-upload any package: the change should take just a couple of minutes (i.e.: 1 adding the 2 new sqlite files from upstream to third-party 2. update the osquery submodule)
