Project wise, I think there's an interesting balance between having a clearly defined scope, and letting people do neat/awesome/new things. I think projects are more successful if they have clear scope, and clear lines that things fall outside. For me, efigy feels out of scope. But I also want to recognize and be amazed at the creativity people bring
