@obelisk implemented the

rapidjson

build for distributed and found a 10x+ improvement. The goal is to replace all of our

boost::property_tree

implementations with

rapidjson

. The PTrees not outputting sane JSON is a bug and we'll squash all of those. Those writing integrations, I empathize as we also force-fit outputs into JSON too.
