The keychain has protections in place to stop what you’re attempting to do. Even with the auser call it should still fail. Think about this as if you are writing malware, once you got root to a machine you can now look through a currently logged in user’s Keychain. Sounds like a bad idea. A launch agent running as the console user should be able to pull the information but even that is restricted in some operations (if my memory is correct)
