@cminus there's no direct "uninstall" for mac pkgs. To uninstall osquery you'll have to a) remove all osquery files. these are

/usr/local/bin/osquery*

/private/var/osquery

,

/etc/osquery/

b) unload any launchdaemons and remove the launchd (

com.facebook.osquery

)
