Hi Team , "From the Fleet console, the Fleet agent is showing the host's personal email (Gmail ID). Is there any chance to get the username (user login account) from the Fleet UI or exported host details?"

Hey @Pavan Kumar K S. The "Used by" field is populated in one of three ways: via SSO at device enrollment, Google Chrome profile, or via the API. https://fleetdm.com/docs/rest-api/rest-api#update-custom-human-device-mapping Otherwise, you can see a list of the local/login Users on a device by scrolling to the bottom of the Host record in Fleet UI or via this API endpoint: https://fleetdm.com/docs/rest-api/rest-api#get-host-by-device-token

via SSO at device enrollment
Can you elaborate on this? I thought Fleet was exclusively deployed via package and therefore there isn't SSO at device enrollment.

@Phillip Boushy You can configure SSO in Fleet and require authentication during initial Mac set up -- Automatic Device Enrollment (ADE). Fleet will capture the user that authenticates during that process and populate it in the Used by field.
fleetd
is also installed during this process. Configuring SSO: https://fleetdm.com/docs/deploy/single-sign-on-sso Configuring Setup Experience: https://fleetdm.com/guides/macos-setup-experience
