Is there a migration path from Fleet Free to Fleet Premium?

hi there, the upgrade path is simple, once you get a license, you set it as a parameter to `fleet serve` and that's it, you'll see the premium features available right away

So if I get an export via the API, do I have to import them using the API in my other deployments or can I also use fleetctl apply?

I have exported my fleet policies using the API (since it is AFAIK not yet possible via fleetctl) and would like to import them into an new install. From what I recall there was a mention that this should already work using `fleetctl apply`
