how can I get logs of Chrome setting on osquery ?

There are two tables to get Chrome extension information,
https://osquery.io/schema/5.0.1/#chrome_extension_content_scripts
and
https://osquery.io/schema/5.0.1/#chrome_extensions
If you had specific Chrome settings you were interested in, they might be accessible via ATC, more information on that here
