It has been years since I joined this slack but, I wonder if we could put new users into an intro channel that listed out the most likely places for them to go with their questions

Or maybe we can set a custom welcome message or install some app that does so?

I don’t have a good sense of what reasonable NUX is. I like the idea of a welcome message more than an dedicated intro channel. I think an intro channel ends up being the same as what general is today
