Heads up, I am doing some work on migration osquery infra to the osquery foundation. I do not expect to interrupt anything such as the osquery homepage. But bugs happen. 🙂

I think this may have killed AWS S3 storage ACLs

It did, when I synced objects they lost their owners. I found a solution to copy objects onto themselves, thus setting me as their owner. The public-read ACL was not being set due to not having an owner, should be fixed now.
