Fleet folks! (@zwass @Lucas Rodriguez) 5.20.0 looks stable on the kolide fleet. Have y'all tested it, should we declare it stable?

Okay, Kolide thinks it's stable. Fleet thinks it's stable. It's been a couple weeks. I'm declaring 5.20.0 stable.
