#1047 Fix for spanish and other lazy loaded locales Pull request opened by javuto Summary • Fix Spanish and other lazy-loaded languages remaining in English on startup. • Activate languages only after their catalogs load, keeping translations and the language menu synchronized. • Prevent concurrent loads and stale startup requests from overriding newer language choices.
