That’s a good question… I’d also go a step further. we should submit to choco inside the release workflow

@theopolis I’m not 100%, because chocolatey has different elements they allow for in their nuspec. I manually verified the XML was matching what we had previously, which was where I found the discrepancy We were waiting on the release 4.9.0 as stable until I had verified packages, but I didn’t get a chance to do that before last night
